Wheelchair basketball is a fast-paced, highly competitive sport that combines athleticism, strategy, and teamwork. Athletes develop ball handling, shooting, passing, and court awareness while maneuvering a sport wheelchair. Open to individuals with primarily lower-limb disabilities, the sport offers opportunities for recreation, skill development, and competition.

Seattle Adaptive Sports provides wheelchair basketball opportunities for athletes of all ages and skill levels, from youth programs to adult competition. Through coaching, teamwork, and tournament play, athletes can develop their skills and connect with a supportive community.
