Team Shadow
Track and Field season runs from March - June, with opportunities to join your high school team and attend meets, invitationals, and Startrack, attend road races like Bloomsday, Terry Fox Run, Beat the Bridge, and the Torch Light Run, and regional competition to qualify for Jr. National Wheelchair Championships.
A membership fee to
Wheelchair and Ambulatory Sports USA
is required for athletes participating with Team Shadow
Track Team
Seattle Track & Field Practice
is held March - July

Sundays Noon - 3pm
